Applicability
The bovine tallow is used as an ingredient in the manufacture of balanced non-ruminant animal feeds, and is included in poultry, swine, fish and pet diets. It is also used in chemical industries, hygiene and cleaning, varnishes and lubricants, fatty acids and in the production of biodiesel, proven as an economically and environmentally viable alternative.
